About Hack-R Academy

Our Mission

Hack-R Academy is a cybersecurity learning platform focused on ethical hacking, bug bounty hunting, security research, and practical learning for beginners. Our goal is to help students explore cybersecurity through articles, videos, writeups, and community learning.

Current Status

We are an active and growing community. Our WhatsApp group, LinkedIn page, and YouTube channel are regularly updated with new content. We publish writeups, vulnerability research, and beginner guides on a rolling basis. The community is free and open to all.

Rivek started Hack-R Academy after realising that most cybersecurity resources were either too expensive or too scattered for beginners. He began his own ethical hacking journey by following free resources online, participating in bug bounty programs, and learning through hands-on practice. After achieving a Hall of Fame recognition/Finding bugs/securing the data of numerous companies and government, he decided to build a community where others could follow a similar path — without the noise and cost. Today he leads the platform's content direction and mentors students through the WhatsApp group and LinkedIn page.
